When trying to resync the XiO Cloud connector nothing happens, I have left it on the connector page to resync for hours but it still hasn't sycned up with the latest data.

Please make sure youre using the latest Xio connector
if the connected space/customer shows Xio and not Xio_V2 as the name of the connector it means you're using the old connector. Please contact support
