When trying to resync the XiO Cloud connector nothing happens, I have left it on the connector page to resync for hours but it still hasn't sycned up with the latest data.Please make sure youre using the latest Xio connector
if the connected space/customer shows Xio and not Xio_V2 as the name of the connector it means you're using the old connector. Please contact support
Error 403 - This web app is stopped.The Azure-hosted web app is currently stopped, so it is not accepting requests.Start the App Service in Azure and check the app/service plan status, deployment, and logs to understand why it was stopped.
Error: ("statusCode": 429, "message": "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 7 seconds." )Too many requests were sent to the XiO API in a short period of time.Wait a few seconds and try reconnecting. If the issue continues, contact support.
