I tried to claim the devices that were installed in our new building but is shows already claimed how do i find out who claimed them and how to get them released

Can I move a child device from one parent device to another parent device? Like I move a device from space to space.

No, moving a device from one space to another only changes its location in the tenant tree.

Logically, the device will remain under the same parent it was originally registered with.

If you need to change the parent device, you have two options:

delete the device, then register and claim it again with a different parent_id

For Partner users only (OEM):

How to use Replace device

Device overview > ellipsis > Replace device
Need to provde the new devicw SN
Then you need to register the new device (based on your manufactor instructipons) and the new devcie will replace the old one

I deleted this device on xyte cloud, why can't claiming it again? The web prompt me can't find this device

When a device is deleted in Xyte Cloud, it is also unregistered.

So, if you would like to claim it again, the device must first be registered again

One of my colleagues who demos ControlSpace Cloud is having an issue claiming a parent device. He deleted the device from the Cloud. It has a status of "Ready to be claimed." but when he attempts to claim it, he gets an error stating "Device Not Found'.

Please check if this device is registared or not
please provide the device details (Like: MAC/SN or CloudID), so we could try to check that in our DB

We have a problem for a long time with the Dynamic screen, if you want to shut down the screen the action keeps on hold but the screen never shut down.

Please check whether other devices of the same model are experiencing the same issue.
