Tools marked Contact Us appear only in the Connect+ catalog (Integrations → Browse all integrations), with a Contact Us button instead of a setup wizard. Private-cloud portals list only the self-service tools, under Settings → Integrations.
How to connect
- Authorise the destination (OAuth or API key / webhook URL).
- Map which incidents route here (by priority, customer, space, or device).
- Test with a sample event to confirm delivery.
