This indicates a DNS resolution failure. The system could not resolve api.cloud.appspace.com to an IP address, so the HTTPS connection could not even begin.

First, try to Enable the connector again by clicking the ellipsis in the connector settings page and selecting Enable. If the issue persists, verify that the hostname is correct and check DNS resolution from the exact environment where the integration is running. If needed, test with nslookup or dig. If the issue still persists, please contact [email protected]
