Webhooks

Push incident events to your own HTTP endpoint for custom automation. Webhooks fire when incidents are created, updated or closed.

How to set up

1. Authorise the destination — provide the webhook URL and, if required, an API key.
2. Map which incidents route here (by priority, customer, space, or device).
3. Test with a sample event to confirm delivery.
