Troubleshooting offline Edge notification for the Xyte Secure Edge Device

Overview

The Knowledge Base covers diagnostic of "Edge Offline" error for the Xyte Secure Edge Device.

Follow the steps below to determine the possible reason and fix it. If any of the steps fail, consult the detains in the steps on how to fix it. If all tests pass and the Edge is still not responding, please contact support at [email protected].

Troubleshooting

Verify the device has power

The green LED titled "PWR" should be in green and non-blinking.

Verify network connectivity

The green LED near the NIC should be blinking.
