Below is a table describing which domain to use to login to your tenant.

Partner Portal

Partner tenant is always accessible only via https://partners.xyte.io

Organization Portal

Target Organization	Domain

Private cloud Organization	Private Cloud Domain (*see below)
Partner Lab (for Partner Users)	https://app.xyte.io
Partner Lab (non Partner User)	Private Cloud Domain (*see below)

Private Cloud Domain

Private Clouds have their own manufacturer defined domain or use the https://<partner-name>.on-xyte.com domain. Consult your manufacturer's documentation on which URL to use to access the Organization portal.

External Users

Your user can be added to other Organizations as "External User", this gives limited access to other companie's tenants, without creating a new user inside that tenant.

When connecting to an Organization as an External User, use the domain mapping above to login to your regular domain and then use the "Tenant Switch" option in the top right menu.
