Devices

The Devices screen (Inventories → Devices) lists every device you manage and have access to. The table supports search, per-column filtering and sorting, and an Add device button to claim a new one.

Use the settings cog (top-right) to choose which columns are shown — your selection is shared with all users. Columns include:

• Name — a friendly name you control.
• Merge type — Standalone, or Merged when several source records are combined into one device.
• Vendor — the manufacturer of the device.
• Model / Sub-model — the device model (and sub-model where products share a model).
• Credentials status — whether the device's connection credentials are valid.
• Device IP / Hostname — the device's network address, where reported.
• Monitoring type — Standard (full telemetry) or Heartbeat (up/down only).
• Incident tracking — whether incidents are being tracked for the device.
• Customer / Space — where the device lives.

Other columns are available from the cog, including Status (Online / Offline / Error), MAC address, Serial number, Cloud ID, Firmware version and Parent.

The device view

Click any device to open its detail view. The left rail shows its vendor, model, serial, MAC, IP, firmware, last-seen and last-synced, plus a Support menu and an AI Analyze this device action. The right side is a tabbed workspace — Overview, Configuration, Contracts, Incidents, Tickets, Details, Files, State, Device Log and Notes.

Selecting multiple devices

Some actions — sending remote commands or deleting — can run on a batch of devices. Tick the checkboxes next to the devices you want; a menu appears above the list showing how many are selected, a Commands tab (only when the selected devices share a model), and a Delete option.

Seeing where a device came from

Every device shows a connection method that tells you how it was added:

• Native — added manually or imported directly.
• Cloud connector (C2C) — synced from a cloud connector such as Crestron XiO Cloud.
• Connect+ Edge — claimed through an Edge agent.

On the device view, a cloud icon and the source's name appear just above the Overview tab (for example, "Logitech Sync"). When records are merged, the device shows an additional tab per source, so all of a device's sources are visible in one place.
