Syncs Reflect signage endpoints into the portal.

Prerequisites

To use the Q-SYS Reflect cloud API with Xyte, make sure you have:

• Required account / tenant: Q-SYS Reflect tenant/subscription
• Required access: API access included with Reflect
• Required plan / license: Any Reflect subscription
• Where to verify: Q-SYS Reflect subscription page

Authorization

Authorization to the Reflect cloud is done via the Q-SYS Integration token and Account ID (Reflect Organization Owner ID)

Obtaining the token

1. Log into Q-SYS Reflect dashboard as "Organization Owner"
2. Navigate to "Organization" on left hand menu
3. Select your relevant organization
4. Navigate to "API Tokens"
5. Click "+ New Token"
6. Create a name for the New Customer Token and copy the response

Connector root space name: Q-sys

If deleted and re-added:

Deleting this connector will remove all imported devices and their data. This action cannot be undone.

• A new connector will be created upon re-adding.
• If the name Q-sys already exists, the new connector will be named Q-sys 1.
• The device tree will be re-imported under the new connector.
• The tree hierarchy will not be deleted.

After you submit, you'll see a confirmation that your credentials were submitted. Authorizing the integration and syncing devices can take up to 72 hours — you'll be notified when it's done.
