Below are common questions related to Settings > Reports.

Q: I unchecked “Send only if new incidents created in the last 24 hours”, but I am still receiving emails. Why?

A: This setting only affects the incident report email behavior. It does not affect incidents in general.


Q: Does “Send only if new incidents created in the last 24 hours” affect what appears in the Incidents section?

A: No. This setting only applies to Settings > Reports and controls the report email behavior. It does not control what appears in the Incidents section.


Q: I changed the daily summary report time. How can I confirm the change was applied?

A: Check whether the updated time is now shown under Settings > Reports. That is the current configured value.


Q: Can I see the currently configured report values?

A: Yes. The configured values should be reflected under Settings > Reports, such as the selected time and the enabled or disabled report options.


Q: I changed a report setting, but I’m not sure what it affects.

A: Report settings under Settings > Reports control the report behavior, such as when reports are sent and under which conditions. They do not control incident visibility in the Incidents section unless explicitly stated otherwise.
