BMC Helix isn't supported in Xyte yet. A BMC Helix integration would open BMC Helix incidents from Xyte incidents.

What you can do

1. Ask us for it. Email [email protected] and tell us you need BMC Helix. Or, in the Organization portal, open Connections → Integrations, find BMC Helix and click Contact us.
