General Issues — Integrations
| Error message | Likely meaning (TL;DR) | Recommended next steps |
|---|---|---|
| 401 · Unauthorized · Authorization error | The receiving service rejected the integration's credentials: they were changed, revoked or expired. | Open the integration and reconnect it with current credentials. |
| 403 · Forbidden · permission | The credentials are valid but the account is not allowed to create or update records there. | Ask that service's admin to give the integration's account permission to create and update the records it sends, then try again. |
| 404 · Not Found | The address or the record the integration sends to no longer exists. | Check the integration's URL, channel, board or project still exists and update the integration if it changed. |
| 429 · Too Many Requests | The receiving service is limiting how many requests it accepts. | No change is usually needed; delivery resumes once the limit clears. If it keeps happening, ask that service's admin to raise the limit. |
| 500 · 502 · 503 · 504 · timeout · Failed to open TCP connection | The receiving service had an error or could not be reached. This is usually temporary and on that service's side. | Check that service's status page and try again later. If it persists, confirm the integration's address is correct and reachable. |
| Any other error | The receiving service returned an error we don't have a specific guide for yet. | Open the integration and reconnect it. If it fails again, contact support with the time of the error. We receive the full error details automatically. |
