Overview

Detailed information on the data collected, event monitoring and other aspects of supported Cloud 2 Cloud integrations

Requirements

Cloud to Cloud (C2C) Connectors

Any room or device intended to be connected will require administrative / organization access for the relevant following credential requirements.

Universal Communication

Zoom

  • Username
  • Password
  • MFA (Where applicable)

Microsoft Teams Rooms

  • Username
  • Password
  • MFA (Where applicable)

Crestron XiO

  • Account ID
  • Subscription Key
    • May require communication with your existing Crestron Technical Support or Account Representative to enable if this is not a service you are already utilizing. Please speak with Xyte about any concerns:
    • Once enabled, please use the following Crestron guide which is summarized below:

Q-SYS Reflect

  • Account ID (Reflect Organization Owner ID)
  • Subscription Key (Q-SYS Token)
    • Creating a token in Q-SYS
      • Log into Q-SYS Reflect dashboard as "Organization Owner"
      • Navigate to "Organization" on left hand menu
      • Select your relevant organization
      • Navigate to "API Tokens"
      • Click "+ New Token"
      • Create a name for the New Customer Token and copy the response

Digital Signage

  • Brightsign (BSN.cloud)
    • Username
    • Password

Integrations

Integrations are for the purposes of notifying relevant users/channels of incidents (e.g. device offline)

Typically, an overarching support will be at the top level with more granular recipients (either distribution or individual per use case) receiving notifications at a smaller scale (customer/region/location/room/space/etc.)

Outside of direct ‘Email’ - All other notification require administrator credentials.

Messaging

Email

  • Any email may be input as a recipient

Google Chat

  • Email for Google chat admin
  • Channel - where messages will be directed

Microsoft Teams

Slack

  • Requires company Slack Administrator access
  • Workplace’s Slack URL
    • E.g. company-workspace.slack.com
  • Slack Channel as a recipient

WebEx Teams
