Introduction

Xyte is a multi-tenant SaaS application that allows customers and managed service providers to easily deploy, manage, and monitor modern IoT devices such as control systems, unified communications (UC) room kits, displays, and more from one centralized and secure platform.‌

The Xyte portal can be used to view the status of a device, configure various device and network settings, manage licenses, and update devices’ firmware and software.‌

Xyte is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and seamlessly integrates with third-party services such as ticketing systems, messaging platforms, and other cloud services for a complete offering.
