Workplace by Xyte offers seamless integration with Fresh Service to allow IT help desk teams and service providers to centrally manage all their tickets in one place.

Configuring the Fresh Service Integration

To integrate with Fresh Service, you'll first need to generate an API key. To do this and activate the integration, follow these steps:

1. In a new browser window/tab, log in to your Fresh Service account, click on your username in the top-right corner, and select "Profile Settings."

2. Go to "Your API Key" on the righthand side, click the "I'm not a robot" button to reveal a new API key, and copy it.

3. In the Workplace by Xyte portal, go to Settings > Integrations > Ticketing Systems > Fresh Service.

4. Add the instance URL from the address bar - i.e., https://example.freshservice.com/, replacing example with your specific assigned domain.

5. Paste your API key into the "Username / API key" field, and click "Update."

6. Click "Next" to activate the integration.

7. A green "success" popup will be shown in the top-right corner when the connection is established successfully.
