Ticketing Systems

Workplace by Xyte integrates directly with your organization's help desk/ticketing system, so that when a new incident is created or an existing incident is updated or resolved the changes are automatically reflected in both platforms.

Integrations are currently provided for ServiceNow, Salesforce, Fresh Service, Jira Service Desk, ConnectWise Manage, Airtable, Monday.com, and other tools that can be supported using webhooks.
