Workplace by Xyte integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow, allowing IT help desk teams to centrally manage all their tickets in one place.

Note: For testing and development purposes, claim your ServiceNow developer instance at the ServiceNow developer portal.

Configuring the ServiceNow Integration

Follow these steps to configure the ServiceNow integration:

1. In the Workplace by Xyte portal, go to Settings > Integrations > Ticketing Systems > ServiceNow.

2. Enter your instance URL, username, and password from ServiceNow then click "Update."

3. Click "Next" to configure the custom fields for new tickets, and click "Update."

4. Click "Next" to configure the priority tags to align between ServiceNow and Workplace by Xyte, and click "Update."

5. Click "Next" to activate the integration.

6. A green "success" popup will be shown in the top-right corner when the connection is established successfully.
