Configuring the ServiceNow Integration

Follow these steps to configure the ServiceNow integration:

  1. In the CloudOS portal, go to Settings > Integrations > Ticketing Systems.

  2. Enter your instance URL, username, and password.

  3. Make sure "Enabled" is checked, and press "Update."
