Broken Email Notifications Alert

We have 24 Middle Atlantic UPS attached to our RackLink Cloud instance.
When an incident occurs, our email address isn't notified of the incident. It does show up in the incident log.
We have tried several email addresses including Gmail with no luck.
Is there a bug or broken connection with this?
